The 5th International Taste-Nutrition-Health congress will take place on 23 and 24 March 2010 at Dijon. The topics are food, nutrition and health. The congress is organised by Enterprise Europe Network, CRCI Bourgogne and the innovation network Vitagora. The Highlight of the congress, in comparison with other congresses with similar focuses, are the scientific presentations of international experts, discussions and practical workshops focussing on the sensoric approach, comprising taste, aroma, and texture, among others.
